If the Firms become aware of a situation which affects our premises and impairs our ability to provide services to our clients, we will post a notice under the Notice of Disruption section noted below.

Clients who wish to provide feedback regarding the service provided to clients with disabilities can do so by way of email, telephone, or by using the below feedback form. All feedback will be directed to the HR Manager. Responses to feedback will be provided within five (5) business days.
